RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All orders are final sale unless your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. If order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival please email asubtlereminder@thesexlesstribe.com explaining your issue, including photos of damaged items and the order number within 48 hours of package delivery. 

MISSING DELIVERED MERCHANDISE

If  your order reads that it has been delivered according to your tracking information, but the package has not arrived you must reach out to the courier ( ex. UPS, USPS) to locate where your package is. Packages that state that they have been delivered will not be replaced. ASUBTLE REMINDER is not responsible for stolen packages.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to ASUBTLE REMINDER due to being undeliverable, the customer must pay the shipping cost for the package to be reshipped to a correct address. 

* Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
