EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All items are final sale. If your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival please email asubtlereminder@thesexlesstribe.com. Please explain your issue, include photos of damaged item(s) and the order number within 72 hours of package delivery.
MISSING DELIVERED MERCHANDISE
Asubtle Reminder is not responsible for stolen packages. If your order reads that it has been delivered according to your tracking information, but the package is missing, please contact the courier (ex. UPS, USPS) to locate your package. Packages that state that they have been delivered will not be replaced.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Asubtle Reminder due to being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for the package to be reshipped.
